Cleeng's ChurnIQ Studio is a report creation tool that helps to visualize and aggregate data for performing real-time business analytics. This way it allows for a uniform display of data sets that you can share, work on, modify or eventually download in the form of a report.
ChurnIQ Studio enables you to create a graphic visualization based on a query result. The most intuitive and universal option that comes in handy here is a chart. In ChurnIQ Studio you can choose from multiple ways to display data in a chart. All the available options can be found in the “Visualization” tab.
How to create a chart?
The first thing you need to start with is collecting and specifying the data you want to work on in the Explore section. In ChurnIQ Studio it is often referred to as “running a query”. To do it, you need to press on the “Run” tab in the right upper menu. That way you can retrieve the data you want to visualize.
A chart will be automatically generated based on your data. You can easily customize it later if needed.
How to build a table?
Tables in ChurnIQ Studio are essential for analyzing data in a structured and clear format. They allow for the granular, row-level analysis of information, showing individual records and their specific attributes. If needed, they can be downloaded in a form of customized reports including insights to various parameters like sales, customer behavior, financial statements, operational metrics and more.
Navigate to the Explore section and build your desired query using the available dimensions and metrics. This defines the data you want to see in your table.
Next, click on the table icon on the Visualization panel.
At this point, the basic version of a table is ready. To adjust it further go to the “Edit” section.
Click on the “Edit” section in the right upper menu to customize the parameters of your columns. Here you can also enable or disable cell visualization.
