New! Dunning Actions Page in Cleeng Dashboard
Exciting news! We're thrilled to announce a new feature in the Cleeng Dashboard: you can now easily explore and view the schedule of payment retrials in the Dunning Actions page.
Dunning plays a crucial role in ensuring successful payments by automatically retrying payment attempts and sending reminders to customers in case of payment failures, which helps reduce churn and maintain subscriber loyalty.
Now, you can easily view your settings. Just head over to Cleeng Dashboard -> Admin -> Dunning Actions.
This new page allows you to:
- view information about the schedule of payment retries and the settings for each of your payment methods and billing cycles
- filter information for a clearer view - whether you want to focus on specific payment methods or billing cycles
- access detailed payment attempt schedules for different payment methods and billing cycles
- navigate directly to Revenue information or Transactions Report to view how transactions per specific payment method are performing.
Please note that this page is in a view-only mode.

Improvements
Offer Creation - Colons Allowed in Tags
We are happy to share that we have enhanced offer creation by extending the range of allowed characters for tags with a colon “:”.
You can now use colons while adding tags to your offers.
MediaStore SDK Components - Improved Messaging in Purchase Component
With version 5.5.10, we have introduced the following enhancements to the Purchase Component:
- Price information has been improved by removing tax-related text.
- Terms & Conditions agreement text has been improved to align with the PlanDetails component and now it contains instructions to click the “Unsubscribe” button instead of “Cancel”.
Subscriber Evolution Dashboard - Subscriber View: Free/Paid Filter Removed
We have decided to remove the Subscriber view filter from the Subscriber Evolution Dashboard (Cleeng Dashboard -> Subscribe -> Subscriber Evolution) which included "free" and "paid" values.
This change helps avoid cases where a subscriber has both a free and paid offer within the same period, causing amiguity to which group they should belong.
