ChurnIQ Major Upgrade
We have some good news for broadcasters using Cleeng ChurnIQ!
We are pleased to share great updates to the ChurnIQ platform. These changes are aimed at enhancing accuracy, usability, and insights, helping you make more informed decisions about acquisition and retention.
What has changed?
The recent updates include improvements to both metrics and the dashboard.
Metrics Adjustments:
We have updated formulas for three key metrics:
- Churn Rate - the updated formula excludes new subscribers and free trials, giving you clearer retention insights.
- Average Subscriber Lifetime - this metric now includes all subscribers, not just churned ones.
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) - the new formula supports all product types, including non-recurring offers, providing a more accurate picture of customer value.
Dashboard Enhancements:
- Filters and Charts - we have made adjustments to certain filters and charts for improved usability.
