Transactional Emails - Text Enhancements
We're happy to let you know that we've made several enhancements to texts in our transactional email templates. These updates aim to make our communication more polished, engaging, and user-friendly.
Key Improvements:
- Refined sentence structure for better readability
- Enhanced tone and wording for greater clarity
- Improved consistency across templates, including punctuation - such as removing the dots at the end of email titles.
Transactional emails, like confirmations and receipts, are vital for customer interactions, and these updates reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. For updated templates, feel free to check our article What emails are sent to my customers?.
What do I have to do?
If you have chosen Basic Customization, you do not need to do anything, the update will be added to your emails automatically.
If you have selected Advanced Customization and you want the templates to be updated, you need to sync templates in the Cleeng Dashboard.
Issues Fixed
Unified "Last Transaction Date Time” Column
The "Transaction At" column in Subscription Reports has been updated to "Last Transaction Date Time" for consistency across all report views and downloads. Previously, the column name varied depending on selected display options. This update ensures a unified experience.
The “Transaction at” column was only visible when "Apply visualization options" was not selected in Schedule settings or “As displayed in the data table" was selected in Download settings.
For more information on subscription reports, please refer to the article on how to understand exported data.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding regarding this change.
Subscriber Daily Dashboard -> New Subscribers and New Winbacks Presented Separately
We have brought back the previous way of displaying New Subscribers and New Winbacks as separate columns in the “Daily Subscriber Overview (All Subscribers)” table in the Subscriber Daily dashboard.
We hope this format will help you track your subscriber metrics in a familiar and effective way.
