Why are we changing your analytics experience?
The range of insights presented in the Cleeng dashboard has increased greatly as the Cleeng platform has evolved. With new, dedicated reporting modules for Hi5 and Merchant coming soon, the range of insights available in this one dashboard will increase even further.
We want to use the feedback you have shared with us to reduce the complexity of the dashboard, and to simplify your analytics experience. We want to ensure you have clear, intuitive analytics to work with that align with your needs and the needs of your colleagues.
What’s changing?
- KPI-Centric Design: Core metrics (eg. MRR, Revenue, Active Subscribers) are now presented in isolation for easier viewing - replacing complex, multi-metric dashboards.
- Improved Navigation: We are organizing your analytics into distinct sections, separating core analytics from other product modules, and making it easy to find the metric you need
- New Hi5 & Merchant Dashboards: We’re adding new dedicated performance dashboards for Hi5 and Merchant (as well as ChurnIQ) - giving new visibility into retention, support, and payment patterns
