New! Hi5 Seamless User Login Experience
We are happy to share that the Hi5 end-user authentication is here! This seamless login experience extends user logins between a client’s webpage and the Hi5 chatbot in the client’s Help Center. It syncs user name, email, and Cleeng ID across all systems, improving the customer experience, as users do not need to repeatedly provide their identity information during chat conversations.

- Contact the Cleeng Hi5 team. Cleeng will prepare your chatbot for authenticated user scenarios.
- Review the integration tutorial in the Cleeng Developer Portal and follow the steps to enable the authentication flow between your website and the Hi5 Help Center.

New! Fraud Prevention with Google reCAPTCHA for MediaStore Components [Beta]
Great news! Google reCAPTCHA integration for MediaStore Components is now available! With this enhancement, you will be able to protect your systems more effectively against fraudulent activities and unauthorized access.
From now, if your integration is via MediaStore Components (minimum version 5.7.0), you will be able to secure your checkouts and payments by following a few straightforward steps, including intuitive and user-friendly configuration in the Cleeng Dashboard.Â

Important: To be able to use this feature, you need to upgrade the components to the latest version (minimum version 5.7.0).

🚀 ChurnIQ Studio Update - Improved Labels in Offer Status Column
We've made some updates to the Offer Status column in the Subscriber based report. The previous technical terms have been replaced with clearer, more user-friendly names. We believe this change will help you better understand and interpret the data.

🚀 MediaStore SDK Components - New Option to Disable Cancellation Survey
You can now disable showing the customer cancellation survey during the unsubscribe process by using a new prop: skipCancellationSurveyStep.
This parameter has been added to the Subscriptions, PlanDetails and MyAccount components and is available in MediaStore Components version 5.8.0. It gives you more flexibility in managing your user cancellation journeys, allowing you to turn the survey on or off based on your needs.
What do I need to do?
To take advantage of this new configuration option, you need to upgrade the components to version 5.8.0.

- Request password reset (API 3.1) - it is used to initiate the password reset flow, so that a customer can define a new password
The following Core (3.1) API endpoints have been added to replace the deprecated updateCustomerSubscription (JSON RPC) endpoint:
- Activate subscription (API 3.1) - it is used to activate a subscription
- Cancel subscription (API 3.1) - it is used to cancel a subscription
- Terminate subscription (API 3.1) - it is used to terminate a subscription
