Cleeng has developed a platform for you to easily check all processed refunds/ cancellations directly from your dashboard. Here is a simple guide on how to do that:
1. Go to https://cleeng.com/us/my-account and log in.
2. Click on 'Customer Transactions' tab under the 'Reporting' section on the left menu of your dashboard.
3. Define the date range and then choose 'Cancellations' from the dropdown list as shown below:
4. You'll see a list of cancelled transactions you will be able to download.
If you wish to download an overview of all cancellations granted month-by-month, simply go to the 'Download' section.
