How to extend offer access
If you have created a subscription or rental offer using Cleeng Core there may come a point in time where you would like to extend the customers' access as they may not have had a chance to view it in the specified time period or you'd like to simply extend it if that subscriber is at risk of churning.
Step-by-step guide
1. Log in to your Cleeng account and select the Customer Accounts tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard under the Customer section.
2. Enter the customer's email address into the search bar and you will see the details and payment history appear.
3. Select the customer you'd like to extend access for, and click on the little clock icon (on the right side).
4. From here, you can define how long your customer should have access to your offer.
