> How to find the country of your transactions

Cleeng has a way for you to dig a little deeper and find out exactly where your customers made their purchases from. Here's a simple guide on how to do that:
 
 
1. Go to the 'Downloads' tab under the 'Reporting Section' of your dashboard.
 
 
 
 
2. Under "Custom generated report" click the XLS to download the report.
 
 
 
When you have opened this report please scroll across to column AG with the title "Customer IP/Country". Here you will find every country that a customer has purchased your content from.
