Yes, partners and agencies can earn a USD 1,000 affiliation fee when they refer clients to use Cleeng's services. The affiliation fee is designed to reward partners who successfully onboard clients to our platform and help them achieve meaningful growth.
What are the requirements to earn an affiliation fee?
To be an eligible client implementation and receive the affiliation fee, three specific conditions must be met:
- 1,000 recurring Managed Users milestone - Your client must reach at least 1,000 recurring Managed Users on the Cleeng platform
- 3-month active account requirement - The client must maintain an active account for 3 consecutive calendar months following the achievement of 1,000 Managed Users
- Merchant of Record solution usage - Your client must be using Cleeng's Merchant product as part of their subscription management setup
What is a Managed User?

What is Cleeng's Merchant product?
Cleeng Merchant is a fully integrated payment, billing, and tax management solution required for earning affiliate fees. For complete details about this feature, please see the Cleeng Pro FAQ and Cleeng Merchant product page.
How do I register my affiliate coordinates?
Affiliate registration is done directly in the sign-up flow. Always create the account under the client’s name, and then select “I’m a system integrator or solution partner” in the project description field.
This ensures the account is owned by the client, while your role as the affiliate/partner is properly recorded for payout and reporting purposes.
When does the 3-month active account period begin?
The 3-month active account period starts from the first calendar month in which your client reaches 1,000 recurring Managed Users. The account must then remain active and in good standing during three consecutive calendar months.
How will I know if my client has met all the requirements?
You can track your client's progress through the Cleeng dashboard, which provides real-time analytics on subscriber numbers and account status. Our team will also notify you when all affiliation fee requirements have been successfully met.
How and when is the affiliation fee paid?
Once all requirements are verified and the 3-month active period is complete, our finance team will contact you at the email address provided. Is there a limit to how many clients I can refer?
There is no limit to the number of clients you can refer to Cleeng. Each client that meets the affiliation requirements will generate an affiliation fee for you.
Can I monetize extra services by leveraging Cleeng Pro for my clients?
Yes, all operational and reporting tasks can be monetized. You can create your own rate card based on the number of hours you spend configuring Cleeng Pro for your client and/or offer a monthly maintenance package to create/edit offers, promotion campaigns, exporting analytics, etc. This is all very simple to do thanks to our extensive help center and documentation.

Assign at least one client-side admin and create separate partner user accounts. Admin, sub-admin, and other profiles can be created depending on the client's operational needs. Clearly label each account with role and organization for transparency and smoother collaboration.
