It's available on every dashboard page. Just open the chat icon and start typing.

Why use Cleeng AI Assistant?
Subscription platforms generate a lot of data and require constant decisions - but getting to the right answer usually means navigating multiple dashboard screens, waiting for a report, or opening a support ticket. The AI Assistant removes that friction.
- You don't need to know where things live. The dashboard has a lot of sections. Instead of clicking through menus to find the right report or setting, you just describe what you need and get taken there directly.
- Your data starts working for you automatically. Instead of manually pulling metrics each week, you get a ready-made summary of what moved, what didn't, and what to do about it - without building a report from scratch.
- Anyone on the team can do analysis. Digging into churn by segment or comparing campaign performance used to require SQL or a dedicated analyst. Now a support agent or campaign manager can ask the same questions in plain English and get the same answer.
- Customer issues get resolved in the same conversation. Instead of navigating the customer details page in the dashboard, you can ask natural language questions to search accounts and update customer information instantly.
- Creating offers doesn't require hunting for the right form. The Assistant collects what it needs through conversation and handles the setup - useful when you're moving quickly or onboarding to the platform for the first time.

Cleeng AI Assistant is powered by a team of specialized agents. Each agent acts as an expert in a specific domain of your subscription platform. When you make a request, the Assistant automatically understands what you need and hands the task over to the right specialist.

Analytics Agent
Ask analytics questions in plain English and get interactive dashboards in response - no SQL or manual report building required.
What you can ask:
- "Show me transactions over $100 from last week"
- "Which campaigns drove the most new subscribers last month?"
- "What's causing my highest churn rates by subscriber segment?"
- "Show me revenue trends by payment method over the past quarter"
You can follow up to refine results: filter by date range, payment method, subscriber segment, and more. Responses are powered by your data warehouse and displayed as charts, tables, and interactive Looker dashboards.
Data source
The agent uses 2 tables from ChurnIQ Studio:
They cover all the most important fields and metrics used in analysis of subscription and transaction data.
Keep in mind:
- Analytics reflect processed data, not real-time figures. It refreshes every 6 hours, like the majority of our dashboards.
- The agent cannot forecast future performance or create custom metrics outside your existing data model in ChurnIQ Studio
Analytics Agent - Weekly Insights
Every week, the agent prepares an automated summary of your key business metrics so you don't have to piece together reports manually.
What's included:
- Revenue performance (total revenue, average order value, payment method trends)
- Subscriber metrics (new signups, churn rates, trial-to-paid conversions)
- Campaign effectiveness
- Areas that need attention, with suggested next steps
- Week-over-week comparisons
To access Weekly Insights, ask: "Show me my weekly insights" or "What happened in my business this week?"

Keep in mind:
- Insights are generated weekly, you can't trigger them more frequently or for shorter time ranges
- You can only view performance of previous week data
- The metrics included are pre-defined and cannot be customized per user
Customer Agent
Search for a customer Type a customer's email, customer ID, or external ID, and the agent will return their profile card showing:
- Name
- Email address
- Country
- Currency
- Locale
View customer in dashboard Each lookup includes a "View customer" link that takes you directly to their full account page in the Cleeng dashboard.
Update customer details Ask the agent to change customer information. The agent will always show you the proposed changes and ask for confirmation before applying them. You can decline to cancel any update.
Updateable Fields
The following customer fields can be changed through the agent:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Country
- Currency
- Locale preference
- External ID
- Last login date
- Last user IP
Important Notes
- All updates require explicit confirmation before they are applied
- All changes are automatically logged for audit purposes
Navigation Agent
If you're not sure where to find something in the dashboard, just describe what you need - the Navigation Agent will link you directly to the right page.
Examples:
- "Take me to my offer settings" → link to Offer Settings
- "Where can I see subscriber churn rates?" → link to Churn Rate dashboard
- "I need to update my payment configuration" → link to Payment Configuration page
Keep in mind:
- The Agent navigates you to pages but cannot perform actions on those pages on your behalf.
- It cannot access pages outside of your permission level.
Knowledge Agent
Get instant answers about platform features, integrations, and best practices - available 24/7 without waiting for a support ticket.
Topics you can ask about:
- Setting up campaigns or offers
- Differences between products and offer types
- Integration guides (Apple Store, Roku, Braze, etc.)
- Churn reduction strategies and subscriber management best practices
- Step-by-step help for any dashboard and data export
If the Agent can't answer your question, it will offer to escalate to human support and transfer the full chat history automatically.
Offer Agent
The Offer Agent can guide you through creating a new subscription offer directly in the dashboard collecting the required information through conversation and submitting it on your behalf.
Supported offer type: Subscription offers (recurring billing)
What you can configure through the Agent:
- Billing cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Price and currency (any ISO 4217 currency)
- Free trial period
- Geographic restrictions (allow or block specific countries)
To get started, ask: "Can you help me create a new subscription offer?". The Assistant will walk you through each step.
Keep in mind:
- The Agent cannot modify or delete existing offers
- The Agent cannot edit localized titles, descriptions, and pricing per market, session limits, gift subscription settings, and custom metadata
- Non-recurring offer types (passes, live events, VOD) are not currently available through the Agent
- If your account have no access to the Offer Setup page, you won’t be allowed to create an Offer with this agent

Within your tier, what the Agent can do also depends on your user role:

Architecture overview
Cleeng AI Agents are powered Enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) service providers, accessed through a secure cloud infrastructure. Responses are generated in real time and delivered progressively - so you start seeing answers within seconds, even for complex queries.
The system uses a multi-agent architecture: a routing layer interprets your request and directs it to the most appropriate specialist agent — whether that's analyzing your subscriber data, retrieving platform documentation, or creating an offer. Each agent is purpose-built for its domain rather than being a general-purpose assistant.
All data interactions are encrypted in transit and at rest. Client data is never used to train or fine-tune models without explicit consent.
Data privacy
We ensure the highest standards of data protection by keeping PII excluded from model processing. The platform is fully GDPR/CCPA compliant, and no client conversation data is ever used for model retraining. Your information is protected by TLS 1.2+ and AES-256 encryption, supported by full audit trails to maintain complete transparency.

No setup needed. The AI Assistant is available as soon as you log in - look for the chat icon in the top right corner of any dashboard page.
When you open it for the first time, you'll see sample prompts to help you explore what it can do. From there, just type your question as you would to a colleague.
