Introduction
Hosted Customer Flows is Cleeng's low-code solution for deploying a complete, conversion-optimized checkout and account management system. Hosted Customer Flows lets you go live in as little as one day using a minimal code snippet and configuration managed entirely through the Cleeng Dashboard.
The solution is built around four main touchpoints:
Together, these widgets cover the full end-user journey: from registering and purchasing an offer to managing an active plan and getting support.
When a customer accesses your digital service, they move through the following steps:
- Creating an account or logging in
- Selecting an offer
- Applying a coupon (optional)
- Entering payment details and completing the purchase
- Managing their plan through My Account
All of these steps are handled by Hosted Customer Flows out of the box, with no frontend development required on your end.

Identity Management
The identity management flow handles how your customers register and log in to your service. It includes:
- A registration form with consent collection (terms and conditions, marketing consent)
- A login form for returning customers
- A forgot password flow
- External Single Sign-On (SSO) support
Consents are collected during registration and can be updated by the customer later through My Account.
If you update a consent version, customers will be prompted to review and accept the new version the next time they open My Account.
Checkout
The checkout widget guides your customers through the full purchase flow. It covers offer display, coupon application, and payment processing in a single, seamless experience.
The checkout flow contains two main components:
- Offer display: shows offer details including trial periods, pricing, and any applicable coupon codes.
- Payment: presents available payment methods and processes the transaction. After a successful purchase, the customer sees a confirmation screen.
Supported payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards (with 3D Secure support)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- PayPal Express Checkout
- iDEAL
- GCash
- Pix Automático
The checkout widget supports all standard offer types: subscriptions, subscriptions with free trials, seasonal subscriptions, passes, live events, and one-time purchases. Gifting and 100% coupon codes are also supported.
My Account
The My Account widget gives your customers a self-service tool to manage their subscription independently. This reduces support requests and gives customers direct control over their account.
My Account is organized into three sections:
Plan Details
Displays the customer's active subscriptions and offers. From here, customers can:
- View their current plan and next billing date
- Upgrade or downgrade to a different offer (if configured)
- Apply a coupon to their active subscription
- Cancel their subscription
Payment Information
Gives customers visibility into their billing details. From here, customers can:
- View their current payment method
- Update payment details
- View their transaction history
Update Profile
Allows customers to manage their personal information and preferences, including:
- First name, last name, and email address
- Password
- Consents, including marketing consents
Customer Care
The Customer Care widget provides a self-service support experience for your customers directly within your platform. It includes an FAQ panel where customers can find answers to common questions, and a Submit a request option to reach out to the Hi5 support team for any inquiry they may have.
Customization
You can customize the appearance of all widgets through the Cleeng Dashboard without touching any code. Available options include:
- Background color: font color adjusts automatically for readability and WCAG compliance
- Accent color: applied to interactive elements such as buttons and links
- Panel color: applies to the right-side panel in the Checkout and Sign-up widgets, and the FAQ panel in the Customer Care widget
- Payment Panel color: choose a color for the payment panel in your widgets. This applies to the payment section of the checkout.
- Border radius: choose a preset (Default, Sharp, or Rounded) or enter a custom pixel value
- Font family: choose from predefined fonts or provide a custom font URL
Configuration changes are applied automatically. A real-time preview is available in the Dashboard so you can review your changes before they go live.

Do I need to pay to use Hosted Customer Flows?
Hosted Customer Flows are included in both Cleeng Pro and Enterprise plans at no additional cost.
Can I migrate from an SDK or API integration to Hosted Customer Flows?
Yes. Migration is non-disruptive. You can progressively adopt Hosted Customer Flows by replacing or complementing your existing frontend components. All widgets are compatible with your existing backend logic.
