The ‘most popular offer’ metric can be viewed in the Offer step of the Retention Journey.
It is the offer with the highest number of subscribers in a period of time you have selected. So if you select the ‘past 3 months’ as your date range, this metric will show which offer has had the highest number of individual subscribers in that time.
Measurement: The offer with the highest number of unique customers in the period selected.
