It is important to know how recently your ChurnIQ analytics have been updated to reflect real-world events on your platform. ChurnIQ's data refresh happens four times a day, so every six hours. When an update takes place in the reports of ChurnIQ, it is showing the data of 30 minuntes previously. Meaning when data is refreshed in ChurnIQ at 07.30 AM (UTC ), it shows data from 07:00 AM (UTC ) that day.

- New York: Winter -5 hours, Summer -4 hours
- London: Winter +0 hours, Summer +1 hour
- Warsaw/Amsterdam: Winter +1 hour, Summer +2 hours
- Seoul: +9 hours (no Daytime Saving Time)
How does this affect your data?
The most important thing to know is that your analytics will only show data up until the most recent ChurnIQ refresh. So if it is March 26th at 03:00 PM (UTC), and you set your date range to 'past 48 hours ', your analytics will actually show you: March 24th 03:00 PM (UTC) to March 26th 01:00 PM (UTC).
NOTE: Therefore missing 3 hours of data to complete the view of 48 hours, because the third data refresh on the 26th will take place at 07.30 PM
It's important to remember this when you use 'relative dates' in your date filter (e.g. 'past x days'). If it is less than 6 hours since the last data refresh, you will see incomplete data for the current day.
