Overview
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds a second step to signing in, beyond a password, so your account stays protected even if a password is exposed. Login 2FA Method is where you turn this on for your workspace and control how people sign in. You'll find it in the Cleeng Dashboard under Admin & Tools > Access & Security > Login 2FA Method.
Who Can Use This
Only an Owner or someone with the Admin Management permission can change these settings. Team members without this permission won't see this tab.
Turning On Enforcement
Enforcement is a single switch that applies to everyone in your workspace, not per person.
- Go to Access & Security > Login 2FA Method.
- Turn on the enforcement switch.
Sign-In Methods
The following sign-in methods are available:
- Authenticator app: the existing password plus a time-based code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator.
- Email verification code: password plus a one-time code sent to your email.
- Password Only: signing in with just your password, with no second factor. This method is available only while enforcement is off.

Does turning on enforcement affect every team member, or can I apply it to specific people?
It applies to everyone in your workspace at once. There's no per-person setting.
Can team members still choose Password Only after enforcement is turned on?
No. Password Only is available only while enforcement is off.
