How can I set up a coupon campaign for all subscriptions (new and existing)?

If you set eligible Subscriptions Type as All subscriptions, this means the new customers can apply the coupon during the checkout process, and the existing customers can apply the coupon within MyAccount. In short, everybody can apply the coupon on their subscription.

How to set up coupon campaigns for all subscriptions on the dashboard

1. Go to the Offers & Coupons > Coupon Campaigns section of the Cleeng dashboard. 
2. Click the Create Campaign button.
3. Follow the steps to create your campaign as usual, with one small change:
4. In the Offer Targeting Rules section:
   • Set Campaign Applicable On to Subscriptions
   • Under Subscription Type, select All subscriptions. 

Now you can create a campaign that will allow your new and existing customers to apply a coupon.
