Converted Accounts are defined on the basis of the customer (account). An account is considered converted at the moment of its first transaction, regardless of the transaction value (free or paid) or offer type.
- Converted new accounts: Number of new accounts converting. The metric can be viewed in time based on the registration date. The basis for the cohort is the registration date, the conversion date can be any time.
- Conversion Rate: Calculated as a monthly cohort conversion. The basis for the cohort is registration month, the conversion date can be any time.
- Historical time to conversion: Groups of accounts that took a certain time to convert. Split on the basis of periods between the account activation date and conversion date.
