There are two metrics relating to subscription renewals in ChurnIQ.
Subscriptions due for renewal
The number of subscriptions with an expiry date in the current week (beginning on Monday). The number is constant throughout the week, and refreshes at the beginning of each new week.
Renewed so far this week
The number of subscriptions due for renewal this week that have renewed successfully. This number increases throughout the week as customers renew their subscriptions.
How should I use this metric?
Since renewals are the lifeblood of a subscription service, this is a crucial metric to monitor. It providesa clear picture of your retention performance, week-to-week. It is less abstract than your churn rate, and very directly shows how many customers are staying on the platform after each billing cycle.
