Cleeng support for subscription upgrades and downgrades in Roku
With this release, we are happy to announce that subscription upgrades and downgrades for Roku are now supported in Cleeng.
Support for UpgradeSale and DowngradeSale notifications is in place - see Developers Documentation.
These notifications together with offer mapping between Cleeng offers and in-app product IDs (which is available in our new offer setup - App store product IDs option), provide an operational and easy-to-use solution. After creating a subscription, Cleeng will listen to notifications and manage entitlements in accordance with the current status.

Shopper statement for PayPal format change
We’ve made some updates to the format of the shopper statements in PayPal to make it easier for customers to recognize transactions with your service.
The transaction details include now the broadcaster name and Cleeng name in the following format: Broadcaster.CLEENG. See below for an example.
