Cleeng’s responsibilities
- Provide a robust Subscriber Management System (SMS) for Media that includes authentication, billing, and customer support features available through globally high-performing and responsive APIs

- Provide detailed documentation on how to integrate Cleeng features, and how to use the Data Analytics dashboard
|
- ChurnIQ: provide a Subscriber Data Analytics Platform with data export capabilities
|
- Only if you’re using Merchant: handle actual end-user billing, dunning, integration towards payment gateways, tax and VAT collection and remittance, fraud and chargeback management
|
- Only if you are using Hi5: operate the first line of support for your OTT service, mostly related to accessing and using the service
|
- Provide post-launch broadcaster support (Broadcaster Success Specialists’ support)
|
- Ensure new features introduced will not break your existing integration
|
Broadcaster’s responsibilities*

- Integrate Cleeng APIs correctly into your OTT Apps (web or native), based on documentation made available by Cleeng

Implement 3rd party services of your choice, e.g. authentication provider
|
- Ensure the 3rd party integrations function correctly

- Build a connector if you select a payment gateway that is not supported in Cleeng
|
- Utilize the Cleeng dashboard's functionalities and use it to manage your business
|
- Configure offers and manage prices in the Cleeng dashboard and the different app-stores
|

ChurnIQ:

- take business decisions based on the insights given
- integrate marketing tools, so as to action and target communications to specific segments via your preferred communication channels. (e.g. email, in-app messaging, sms, etc.)

- Handle end-user billing and payment-related issues, taxation, etc. - if you are NOT using our Merchant product
|
- Take care of customer support - if you are NOT using our Hi5 product

- Technical debugging of your 3rd party integrations with Cleeng.
- Regular hand-holding of the dashboard, or creating custom reports. Cleeng offers a rich dashboard, easy ways to export data, and has extensive documentation in the Help Center.

Financial, legal, or technical consultation on the overall service, like taxation or overall architecture. (We can suggest and help but are not liable).
- Cleeng does not manage or configure apps, nor collects funds from those platforms. (Cleeng does report on its performance though!)

Cleeng does not scope and develop features solely for you. If you have such needs, you can leverage system integrators to build on top of our APIs.
