To access the Customer Transactions dashboard, log in to your ChurnIQ account > go to the Customer section (in the main navigation, on the left-hand side) > choose Customer Transactions.
How to use the Customer Transactions dashboard?
The Customer Transactions dashboard provides you with a close to a real-time overview of your customers' transactions – it’s updated every 15 minutes. Customizable filters make monitoring your customer transactions and related KPIs quick and easy. The dashboard also gives you the ability to view the details of all transactions, such as type of offer purchased, date, payment method, etc., as well as download them in a CSV or PDF format.
Filters
Filters located at the top of the dashboard are a quick way to access the information you’re looking for:
- Date/time (Broadcaster timezone): Enables filtering customer transactions completed on a specific date or time period expressed in your account’s timezone.

Date (CET timezone): Enables filtering customer transactions completed on a specific date or time period expressed in CET timezone.
- Important: when using any of the Date/time filters, make sure to set the other Date/time filter to 'is any time'.
- Customer email: Enables filtering customer transactions based on the email address.
- Transaction: Enables filtering customer transactions based on their value.
- Offer Type: Enables filtering customer transactions based on the type of offer purchased.
- Offer Title: Enables filtering customer transactions based on the name/title of an offer.
- Offer ID: Enables filtering customer transactions based on the offer ID assigned to your offer within Cleeng.
Filters can be especially useful to your customer support agents assisting customers who have questions about their payment or entitlement, when analyzing customers' payment behavior, and in other cases when you need to access transaction information immediately.
Key data points:
Transaction ID - A unique identifier assigned to a single transaction.
Offer ID - A unique identifier assigned to a single offer within Cleeng. You can check the offer ID of each offer created in Cleeng by going to the Offers & Coupons section of your ChurnIQ dashboard.
Offer Period - The duration of a customer’s access to the service after purchasing the offer.
Payment Method - The payment method used when the payment was made, for example, card, Android, iOS, Paypal, etc.
Payment Type - Indicates whether the payment for the transaction was initial or recurring.
Discount Rate - Indicates a free purchase or the percentage of a discount applied on the offer price.
Coupon ID - An identifier assigned to a coupon (within Cleeng) used by the customer.
Campaign Name - The name of the campaign associated with the coupon used by the customer.
External Payment ID - A unique identifier assigned to a specific payment by the payment provider.
Offer Price - The price of the offer when the transaction was processed.
Discounted Offer Price - Price after subtracting the discount (without tax) in offer currency.
Customer Purchase Price (incl. tax) - The final price paid by the customer at checkout, including applicable taxes.
Applicable Tax - The tax applied on the transaction. Tax rates are determined by the local regulations in different regions.
Offer Type - The type of offer, for example, subscription or pass.
Customer Email - The email address associated with the customer account which completed the transaction.
Date/Time (Broadcaster timezone) - The date and time at which the transaction was processed by the payment provider expressed in your account’s timezone.
Date/Time (Customer timezone) - The date and time at which the transaction was processed by the payment provider expressed in the timezone of a customer.
Date/Time (CET) - The date at which the transaction was processed by the payment provider expressed in Central European Time (CET).
Offer Title - The offer name/title you provided during the offer setup. You can see all the offer titles by going to the Offers & Coupons section of your ChurnIQ dashboard.

The data in the Customer Transactions dashboard is refreshed every 15 minutes.
