In May 2022, Google introduced changes in the way subscription products are defined and managed in Play Console. With the implementation of this new functionality, when launching new offers after May 2022 you will be required to employ backward-compatible services to ensure compatibility with Cleeng.

It has been proven that backward compatibility is fully operational, below is a quick guide to help you achieve it.
Create products in Google Play Console:
The update applies to subscription products so you need to make sure that it’s backwards compatible.
Because there were no structural modifications made to in-app product offerings, there is no requirement for backwards compatibility; hence, the offer should function normally.
After you have successfully created the offers, you can continue with the process of creating the associated offers by using the Offer Management in ChurnIQ Dashboard:
