Hi5 Customer Support Analytics powered by Zendesk
We are happy to announce that the Hi5 customer support overview page has been replaced by a new Zendesk-powered support analytics dashboard.
The new dashboard provides great insights on customer support activities to broadcasters who use Cleeng Hi5. With it, broadcasters can see what causes their customers to contact support, and view contact patterns by device, contact reason, timing and more.
