Changes to metric names in ChurnIQ
We're excited to let you know about some updates to the names of metrics in Cleeng ChurnIQ. Our main goal with these changes is to unify and simplify the naming conventions across our product and the industry trends, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for you and your teams.
You'll notice that some of the metrics you're familiar with have been renamed. For example, "Subscriber retention performance" will now be called "Retention Rate", and "Historical time to conversion" will be referred to as "Average Time to Convert". These updates will make it easier to understand and compare your data across different reports and dashboards.
Please note that although the metric names have changed, the way they are calculated remains the same. You can continue to rely on our analytics platform to provide you with accurate and reliable data.
