Upcoming Changes
Transactional Emails
We are excited to inform you about the upcoming changes to transactional emails sent to your customers when certain user actions occur (e.g. registering to your service or requesting a password reset).
The changes include:
- Introduction of 10 new email templates with variables for ease of management and maintenance
- New feature in the Cleeng Dashboard allowing you to turn the email templates on/off
- New ability to have customizable transactional email templates via Mailchimp API that gives full control over content design and editing
Thanks to the improvements we will have two options with different levels of customization.
What customization is available?
Basic: 1st level of customization (no action needed) with Cleeng standard email solution. This includes branding customization of your logo and main color as well as an ability to choose default templates directly from the dashboard.
Advanced: If you need more customization, you are welcome to switch to the Advanced level using your Mailchimp account. Advanced customization with Cleeng-Mailchimp integration can give you full control over the visual and content aspect.

Issues Resolved
The issue with the visibility of newly-created offers has been fixed.
Previously, newly-created offers were not visible immediately. Consequently, when you attempted to configure upgrade/downgrade options, it was not possible to link an existing offer with a newly-created one initially.
