What is the Passes Purchased Metric?
The Passes Purchased metric provides a direct measure of the number of non-recurring pass offers sold within a specified period, indicating the overall sales volume of your pass-based products.
This metric is available for the clients who have access to ChurnIQ. You can find it in the Cleeng Dashboard under ChurnIQ.
How is it Calculated?
The calculation is a simple count:
Passes Purchased = Count of all transactions for Pass offers during the specified period.
This involves counting each transaction where a pass offer was successfully purchased.
