New! Navigation Upgrade - Improved Analytics Experience
We are excited to introduce a brand-new analytics experience in the Cleeng Dashboard! This update provides a more intuitive, streamlined interface that makes it easier than ever to track key metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and optimize your business with confidence.
What's new
- KPI-Centric Design: Key metrics are now presented individually for improved clarity - replacing complex, multi-metric dashboards.
- Streamlined Navigation: Analytics are organized into distinct sections for easier access - with core analytics separated from other product modules.
- Brand New Hi5 Analytics: Dedicated performance dashboard for Hi5 that offers deeper than ever insights into user engagement with support content.
Next to come
An early access Merchant Analytics Dashboard will be the next step in the improved analytics experience. This will include initial and recurring payment success rates and measures, payment decline reason breakdowns, and visibility of your performance vs industry benchmarks.

New UI for Account Management in Cleeng Dashboard
We are happy to share that we have enhanced account management in the Cleeng Dashboard. You are welcome to see the overview of changes here:
What's new
The following account-related pages are now gathered under one section - Account:
- Personal Profile,
- Company Profile,
- Admin Accounts,
- Billing Information (previously: Earnings)
- Managed Users.
With this change, Personal Profile, Company Profile, and Admin Accounts pages have received a new, improved layout to better match Cleeng’s design system and help you with a smooth account setup.
Additionally, we’ve added a new dashboard admin permission: Admin Management. Now, the Account Owner can grant Admin Management access to a selected team member(s), who will be able to add and manage other administrators. In the previous solution, only the Account Owner could grant admin access to the dashboard.
For more information, please see our article on on managing admin accounts and permissions.
