✨ Dynamic Timeframes in Analytics
We've added a Select Timeframe option to most of the simplified dashboards in both Analytics and ChurnIQ lists. You can now switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views to explore your data at different levels of detail. It’s a simple way to zoom in on short-term changes or zoom out to the big picture depending on your needs.
Please note: This enhancement applies to all simplified dashboards except the following: Churn Rate, CLTV, MRR, MRR Movement, User Accounts, Cancellation Rate, Churned Subscriber Lifetime, and Coupon to Full-Price Conversions.
Users will have the ability to choose how they want to view the data:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly

🏷️ Updated Offer Type Labels – Reflecting Evolving Use Cases
As the range of use cases on our platform continues to grow, we've updated the labels for some offer types to better reflect how they're being used across different content and pricing models.Â
These changes are designed to make the names clearer and more intuitive - there are no changes to offer behavior or functionality.Â
The following changes have been made in Offer Setup in the Cleeng Dashboard: Â
-
Live PPV offers are now called Live Event offers.Â
This label now better captures the diversity of real-time experiences our clients offer - from sports and concerts to virtual workshops and digital conferences.Â
-
TVOD offers have been changed to One-time Purchases.
They give customers access to a single piece of content without a recurring commitment. They are ideal for monetizing high-demand or premium content, from newly released materials to evergreen bestsellers.
- Subscription and pass offers remain unchanged.
We hope this update makes the offer setup faster, easier, and more intuitive for your entire team.

🚀 Cleeng Dashboard - Navigation Improvements
We've updated navigation in the Cleeng Dashboard to enhance usability and make it easier to find what you need. Key changes include replacing tabbed views with subpages in the left-hand main menu and improving page titles for clarity.
-
Overview Section:
The All Purchases, Subscribers, and Transactions tabs are now available as individual subpages in the main menu dropdown.Â
-
Customer Section:
- Customer Details Page in Customer Accounts: The page title now displays the selected customer’s email address instead of the generic “Customer Account.”
- Customer History: This is no longer shown as a tab. Instead, a Customer History button has been added, which opens the content in a dedicated view.
-
ChurnIQ - Overview Section:
Former tabbed pages are now subpages in the main menu. We've also updated the names for better clarity:
- Overview → Retention Performance
- Evolution → Retention Trends
- Cancellation → Cancelation Trends -
 Hi5 Section:
The Help Center, Articles, Ticketing, and Contact Reasons tabs are now available as subpages in the main menu.Â
