New
✨ Offers: Choose Your Default Country and Currency
You can now choose the default country and currency for each new offer independently of your publisher account settings. To support this, we've unlocked the full Cleeng currency list and introduced a new Default country field during offer setup in the Cleeng Dashboard, allowing you to choose the country that represents your primary or global market.
By adjusting these settings, you gain total control over your pricing strategy. This ensures your customers will see default pricing at checkout if there is no local price defined for their specific country.
Key benefits
- Streamlined global pricing: Set one default price that will be shown worldwide. You only need to configure specific local prices for regions where you want a different strategy.
- Currency flexibility: Your base pricing is not restricted by your account's home country. Choose any supported currency that best fits your global business model.
What I need to do
- Existing offers: No action is required for your existing offers, which will continue to work exactly as before.
- New offers: When creating a new offer, you will simply be prompted to select your default country and currency during the setup process.
Where to find it
Go to Cleeng Dashboard > Offers & Coupons > Offers and create a new offer. You will find the new Default country field and the unlocked currency selector on Step 3 of the offer setup.

✨ Cleeng Dashboard: New Company Representative Form in Account Settings
We have introduced a new feature that provides the ability to add and manage a designated company representative directly within the Cleeng dashboard. This ensures you can easily specify a "Company representative" responsible for billing-related communications.
What’s changed
A new "Company representative" section has been added to the Account settings. Within this section, users can now:
- Add a Contact: Input the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address of the company representative.
- Manage Details: Easily edit and update the existing contact information as your organizational needs change.
Where to find it
To access and update your company representative details, navigate to Admin & Tools > Account > Company Profile in the Cleeng dashboard and locate the "Company representative" section.

✨ Hosted Customer Flows: Checkout Layout Customization
You can now customize the column layout of your Web Checkout widget to perfectly match your site's design and user experience. While the standard layout keeps product details on the left and the payment form on the right, you now have the flexibility to reverse this order - giving you greater control over how your subscribers interact with the purchase flow.
What I need to do
No action is required on your side. The standard layout will remain the default for all existing checkouts unless you explicitly choose to change it.
Where to find it
Go to Cleeng Dashboard > Admin & Tools > Hosted Customer Flows, select the Checkout tab, and locate the Checkout layout option in the Checkout settings section. Simply choose Reversed to place the payment form on the left and product details on the right.

✨ Hosted Customer Flows: Hiding Coupon Input Field in Checkout
You can now hide the coupon input field in the Web Checkout widget to streamline your checkout experience. If promotions are not active, hiding this field removes unnecessary distractions and prevents subscribers from leaving the purchase flow to search for discount codes - ultimately boosting your conversion rates.
What I need to do
No action is required on your side. Existing integrations will preserve their current behavior by default, keeping the coupon input field visible unless you explicitly configure it to be hidden.
Where to find it
Go to Cleeng Dashboard > Admin & Tools > Hosted Customer Flows, select the Checkout tab, and you will see the Hide coupon setting in the Checkout Settings section. Toggle it to Yes if you want to hide the coupon input field.
