Managing subscriber relationships is now as simple as asking a question. We’ve added the Customer Agent to the Cleeng AI Assistant so you can handle everyday account management tasks instantly - without navigating away from the chat.
Why it matters
The customer details page is one of the most heavily used tools in your daily operations. By bringing customer lookup capabilities directly into the AI Assistant, we are providing a faster, more intuitive way to interact with subscriber data.

- Instant customer lookups: Search by email address or ID to instantly pull a readable summary of a customer's active offers, transaction history, lifetime revenue, and more.
- Conversational edits: Take action right from the chat. You can update customer account details simply by prompting the agent.
- Safe execution: Every account change requires a mandatory confirmation step, ensuring no accidental edits.
Is it for me?
The Customer Agent is available on all plans. Within a plan, what the Customer Agent can do also depends on your user role. For details, see Access and Permissions.
Where to find it
You will see the chat icon in the top right corner of the Cleeng Dashboard. Just click it to start querying your customer records right away.

🚀 Trial Value & Acquisition Dashboard
The Trials Started and Average Revenue per Trial metrics are now presented in a single, unified dashboard: Trial Value & Acquisition.

🚀 Trial Dashboards: Filter Name Updates
We have changed the following filter labels in the Trial Conversions dashboard to ensure consistency and align with the naming in the new Trial Value & Acquisition dashboard:
- "Channel" is now "Subscription Acquisition Channel".
- "Offer" is now "Offer Title".
- "Country" is now "Customer Country".
Where to find it
These updated filters are already live and visible at the top of the Trial Conversions and Trial Value & Acquisition dashboards in the Cleeng Dashboard > Analytics.
What you need to do
No configuration is required. However, if you have saved bookmarks or internal reports that reference the old "Channel", "Offer", or "Country" filter names, we recommend updating them to reflect the new standardized names.
