New
✨ Analytics: New Active Passes & Subscriptions Dashboard
Analytics now includes a new dashboard called Active Passes & Subscriptions. If you sell passes, you can use it to see your active audience in one view, combining recurring subscriptions with non-recurring passes.
What’s new
- Active Passes & Subscriptions dashboard: A chart and a table showing Active Subscriptions, Active Passes and Total Active Subscriptions & Passes, which you can filter by timeframe, date, channel, offer title, and customer country.
- Active Passes: A new metric that counts the passes active on a given day.
- Total Active Subscriptions & Passes: A new metric that adds Active Subscriptions and Active Passes for the same day.
Key benefits
- See subscriptions and passes side by side, without combining figures from separate reports.
- Measure passes by active access, not only by purchase, using the new Active Passes metric.
- Break the totals down by channel, offer and customer country to see where your active audience sits.
What you need to do
No configuration is needed. The metrics are available automatically for subscription and pass offers.
Where to find it
Go to Cleeng Dashboard > Analytics > Active Passes & Subscriptions.

✨ ChurnIQ: Retention Cohorts Moved to a Dedicated Dashboard
You can now analyze subscriber retention cohorts on a dedicated Retention Cohorts dashboard. The cohort grid has moved from the Retention Trends dashboard to its own page. It has clearer column names, an explanation of how to read the grid, and a default view that shows only cohorts with 12 complete months of history.
What’s new
- The cohort table has been removed from Retention Trends.
- A metric selector above the grid allows you to switch between three views of the same cohort data: Retention Rate, Cohort Churn Rate, Retained Subscribers.
- The following labels have changed:
- Month Acquired / Initially Observed Month is now Acquisition Month
- Acquisition Channel is now Subscriber Channel
- Retained % is now Retention Rate.
Key benefits
- Choose between three metrics to track the retention evolution: the percentage of subscribers retained, the percentage of subscribers churned, and the number of subscribers retained.
- Understand how major events have changed your subscriber base over time, and identify which drive long-term commitments.
What you need to know
- Availability: This dashboard is available to publishers on the Enterprise plan.
- Coverage: This dashboard covers subscription offers only.
What you need to do
No configuration is required. If you have bookmarks or saved links pointing to the cohort table on Retention Trends, update them to the new dashboard.
Where to find it
Go to Cleeng Dashboard > ChurnIQ > Retention Cohorts.

✨ Amazon Fire TV: Real-Time Notifications for Purchase Updates
Cleeng now supports Real-Time Notifications for Amazon Fire TV purchases. Once configured, Amazon Real-Time Notifications inform Cleeng whenever a customer's purchase changes, for example when a subscription renews or is cancelled. This applies to Amazon Fire TV in-app purchases registered with Cleeng through the /amazon/payment endpoint.
What you need to do
To enable Real-Time Notifications, it is necessary to add Cleeng's endpoint in the Amazon Developer Console. For detailed instructions, see the Real-Time Notifications setup guide.
If you do not add the endpoint, the existing periodic synchronization continues to apply.
