✨ Personal Profile: Sign In with an Authenticator App
You can now use an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, as the second step when you sign in to the Cleeng Dashboard. Authenticator apps generate short-lived codes on your own device, which helps keep your account secure.
What you need to do
Before team members can use this option, an admin must turn on Authenticator app in the Cleeng Dashboard > Admin & Tools > Access & Security > Login 2FA method. Setting up an authenticator app is then optional, and each team member sets it up for their own account.

Go to Cleeng Dashboard > Admin & Tools > Account > Personal Profile > Two-step verification.

🚀 Chargeback Capture Update
We have enhanced our Adyen connector to capture and process chargeback data more comprehensively. The evolution of e-commerce has led to chargeback reporting coming from different sources which add different triggers. This update gives greater visibility into chargebacks and helps improve downstream reporting, reconciliation, and analysis. It also enhances fraud visibility by providing more complete information to help identify and understand fraudulent activity.

This change applies if you use Cleeng’s Merchant and process payments through Adyen.
What you need to know
Some publishers may see a slight to moderate increase in reported chargeback volume starting with the September 2026 invoices, issued in October 2026. This reflects a more complete data capture rather than a change in the actual chargeback activity.
What you need to do
No action is required on your side. This update changes only the way we capture chargebacks from Adyen.
API Changes

The Core (3.1) API List subscriptions endpoint now accepts paused as a value of the status[] query parameter, so you can retrieve paused subscriptions on their own or together with other statuses.
No changes are required to existing integrations.
