This article explains how to set up coupon campaigns only for existing subscriptions.
If you want to set up a coupon campaign that is only applicable to the existing customers, select ‘Only existing subscriptions’ in the eligible subscriptions Subscription Type field. This ensures that the coupon code can only be used by customers who currently have an active subscription to the selected offer. Customers will be able to enter the coupon code within MyAccount.

How to set up coupon campaigns only for existing subscriptions on the dashboard
- Go to the Offers & Coupons > Coupon Campaigns section of the platform.
- Click the Create Campaign button.
- Follow the steps to create your campaign as usual, with one small change:

In the Offer Targeting Rules section:
- Set Campaign Applicable On to Subscriptions
- Under Subscription Type, select Only existing subscriptions.
Now you can create a campaign that will allow your existing customers to apply a coupon.
