Overview
Use the Cleeng dashboard to deactivate coupon campaigns or update their usage and expiration settings. Apply the steps described below to active or ended campaigns.

Prerequisites
Access to the Cleeng dashboard with the Customer relationship permission assigned to your admin account.
Deactivate a campaign
Use deactivation to stop a campaign from being used.
- Log in to the dashboard.
- Go to Offers & Coupons > Coupon Campaigns.
- Select the campaign and click the three-dot icon next to it.
- Choose Deactivate from the drop-down menu.
Update Total Redemptions
Increase the total number of times a coupon can be redeemed.
- Log in to the dashboard.
- Go to Offers & Coupons > Coupon Campaigns.
- Select the campaign and click the three-dot icon next to it.
- Choose Update or Update Expiry from the drop-down menu. The available option depends on a campaign’s status and coupons redemption:
- Update is visible for activated and deactivated campaigns when no coupons have been redeemed.
- Update Expiry is visible for ended campaigns, or activated and deactivated campaigns if at least one coupon has already been redeemed.
- Change Total Redemptions.
- Select Finish Setup.
Update Expiration Date
Extend the campaign availability.
- Log in to the dashboard.
- Go to Offers & Coupons > Coupon Campaigns.
- Select the campaign and click the three-dot icon next to it.
- Choose Update or Update Expiry from the drop-down menu. The available option depends on a campaign’s status and coupons redemption:
- Update is visible for activated and deactivated campaigns when no coupons have been redeemed.
- Update Expiry is visible for ended campaigns, or activated and deactivated campaigns if at least one coupon has already been redeemed.
- Set a new Expiration date in Redemption Limits > Campaign Expiration.
- Select Finish Setup.
Reactivate Ended Campaign
Extend the campaign availability after it has ended.
- Log in to the dashboard.
- Go to Offers & Coupons > Coupon Campaigns.
- Select the ended campaign and click the three-dot icon next to it.
- Choose Update Expiry from the drop-down menu.
- Set a new Expiration Date / Total Redemptions in the Update Expiration Settings pop-up that appears.
- Select Save Changes.
Your campaign status will change to activated.
When to Create a New Campaign
If you need additional changes, such as modifying campaign details outside usage or expiration, create a new campaign with the desired settings and deactivate the previous one. This ensures accurate reporting and consistent tracking.
