✨ Meet Custom Fields: Redesigned Capture Feature
We’ve completely refreshed the Capture feature in the Cleeng Dashboard and renamed it to Custom Fields.
The redesigned configuration screen is now simpler to manage, clearly separates customer data from consents, and uses more consistent field types. This makes it easier to design your own registration and profile questions while keeping a clean experience for your customers.
For an overview, take an interactive tour:
Key changes
- "Capture" is now "Custom Fields": We've changed the name of the feature to better reflect its purpose.
-
Clearer Structure: The configuration page is now divided into three distinct, easy-to-navigate sections:
- Pre-defined Profile Fields (previously “Default Profile’): For built-in data fields.
- Custom Profile Fields (previously “Custom Profile”): For your own questions.
- Consent Fields: A new, dedicated section for managing marketing and terms of service consents.
Key benefits
With Custom Fields you can:
- Build comprehensive customer profiles to gain a deeper understanding of your audience
- Improve targeted marketing by building specific segments and directing them to tailored marketing campaigns.
Who is impacted
All publishers using capture (now called custom fields) in the Cleeng dashboard.
What I need to do
Because this is a UI refactor to improve your dashboard experience, no technical or integration changes are needed on your end.

✨ Managing Customer Accounts: Email Status Added
The Cleeng Cleeng Dashboard now displays the status of customer emails. This is especially important for invoice emails because you can now easily see whether an invoice was sent or just generated (not sent).
Key benefits
- Quickly verify if a customer’s invoice was emailed or only stored
- Avoid unnecessary support investigations caused by unclear email status
Where to find it
Go to Cleeng Dashboard > Customer > Customer Accounts. Select a customer’s profile, open the Customer Details page, and view the Emails section.

✨ Coupon Campaigns: "Duplicate" Option
Creating and scaling promotional campaigns just got faster. You can now duplicate an existing coupon campaign with a single click, eliminating the need to manually re-enter information during the setup process.
Your original campaign settings (apart from coupon codes) will carry over automatically - with the new campaign name prefixed by "Copy of" - while remaining fully editable.
Key benefits
The Duplicate option:
- Saves time when setting up similar or large-scale campaigns.
- Eliminates repetitive manual data entry and reduces the risk of setup errors.
What I need to do
No action or setup is required to enable this feature.
Where to find it
Go to Cleeng Dashboard > Offers & Coupons > Coupon Campaigns to see the list of campaigns. Open the dropdown menu (under the three-dots icon) next to any campaign, and select Duplicate.
