✨ Shorter Free Trial Periods Now Supported
Subscription offers now support 1, 2, and 3-day free trial periods. Previously, the minimum duration was 4 days. This update gives you more flexibility to design promotional strategies and conversion funnels that best fit your audience.
Where to find
This feature is available in the Cleeng Dashboard > Offers & Coupons > Create Offer. You can configure the new durations during Step 3 of offer setup.
What you need to do
No setup is required on your end to activate this feature. Simply enter 1, 2, or 3 in the trial duration field when configuring the free trial settings for your offers.
Important limitation: Pix Automático
Short free trials (1 to 3 days) are not supported when using the Pix Automático payment method due to the mandatory 3-day pre-debit notification window, which blocks completion of a billing cycle within a trial shorter than that window. As a result, if a customer selects Pix Automático at checkout, the free trial will be bypassed, and they will be charged the standard subscription price immediately.

✨ Support for Hungarian Forint (HUF) Now Available
We have added Hungarian Forint (HUF) to our list of supported currencies.
You can now configure your offers and charge your subscribers in HUF, providing a seamless and localized checkout experience for your audience in Hungary.

Upcoming Changes
📢 Removal of Legacy Segments
Following our major segmentation upgrade, we will be officially retiring the Legacy Segments tool. The transition period has ended. All segmentation now runs on the new segments model.
What is changing?
On June 24th 2026, the Legacy Segments section (currently located under Admin & Tools > Legacy Segments) will be permanently removed from the Cleeng Dashboard.
Please note that any segments or schedules still running in the legacy space will no longer be accessible after this date.
Benefits of the Upgraded Tool
Our upgraded segmentation tool, located under Cleeng Dashboard > ChurnIQ > Segments, replaces the old system. It allows you to take advantage of:
- Advanced segmentation framework: Gain a deeper understanding of your audience's behavior and value using Vulnerability, Commitment, and Value scores.
- Subscription Selector: Easily manage concurrent subscriptions. For customers with multiple active subscriptions, you can now pinpoint the exact subscription you want to analyze.
- Comprehensive overview in the dashboard: Get a clearer overview of your subscriber base with enhanced classification options, such as filtering by revenue generation, commitment, churn history and much more.
What you need to do
Review your current reporting processes to ensure they do not rely on the old "Segment Builder" table, as this data will no longer be available after June 24th.
