We're excited to announce that our integration with Braze is now live. It connects Cleeng's subscription management capabilities with Braze's customer engagement platform, and enables real-time, personalized communication with customers based on their subscription behaviors.

Please note that it is being released in the Beta version, and some metrics are not yet available.
🇪🇪 Estonia VAT Rate Increase - July 1, 2025
Effective July 1, 2025, the VAT rate in Estonia will increase from 22% to 24%.Â
If you use Cleeng's Merchant, the updated VAT rate of 24% will automatically apply to any purchases of your offers made in Estonia, and will be remitted on your behalf to the tax authorities.
If you need to update your prices, you can do so in the Cleeng Dashboard.

📊 Simplified KPI Views to Help You Analyze Retention Trends Faster
We are happy to inform you that simplified KPI views are now live. As previously announced, we have now merged related KPI pages into a single view to further streamline your analytics experience, to help you save time and spot patterns faster across key retention metrics.
Metrics like Winback Subscribers and Resubscription Rate are now available side by side in one chart, making it easier to compare trends and uncover insights without switching pages.Â
The 6 metrics affected are:
- New Users and New Users Conversion Rate (general analytics - available to all clients under Analytics > New Users in the Cleeng Dashboard)
- Winback Subscribers and Resubscription Rate (available only to clients using ChurnIQ - under ChurnIQ > Winback Subscribers in the Cleeng Dashboard)
- Coupon to Full-Price Conversions and Campaign Conversion Rate (available only to clients using ChurnIQ under ChurnIQ > Coupon Conversions in the Cleeng Dashboard)
