New
✨ Subscription Reporting: New “Grace Period End Date” Column
The Subscription Report and Segment Builder now include a Grace Period End Date column. While previously you could see if a subscription was in a grace period, you can now also see exactly when that grace period expires. Additionally, we have expanded this tracking beyond web subscriptions to include Apple StoreKit 2 and Google Play subscriptions.
Coverage
Grace period end data is available for the following subscription types:
- Web: All subscriptions (including historical data).
- Apple StoreKit 2: All subscriptions (including historical data).
- Google Play: New subscriptions only (historical subscriptions are not covered).
Benefits
Knowing exactly when a grace period ends empowers you to time your retention actions precisely. You can now:
- Target precise retry windows: Prioritize your outreach right before a subscriber loses access.
- Segment effectively: Distinguish between users who have plenty of grace time remaining and those on the verge of churning.
What you need to do
Action Required for Scheduled Reports: If you have active schedules (automated deliveries) set up for the Subscription Report, please review them. The addition of this new column may impact your existing automations. Please verify that your scheduled exports and any downstream processes work as expected.
Where to find it
- Subscription Report: The Grace Period End Date column is located next to the Is in Grace Period column.
- Segment Builder (Subscription Selector): The Grace Period End Date field is available next to Subscription in Grace Period.

- My Account > Unsubscribe: On downgrade options.
The example below shows the Description field in Offer setup in the Cleeng Dashboard, alongside how the same text appears in the Checkout widget:
